  1. Lead and drive biocatalysis research and development efforts to develop cutting-edge chemical biotechnologies.
  2. Design and execute experiments to develop new and improved biocatalytic processes.
  3. Analyze and interpret data to provide critical insights for the advancement of biocatalysis projects.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of biocatalysis processes.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and trends in biocatalysis and chemical biotechnologies.
  6. Mentor and train junior scientists on biocatalysis techniques and processes.
  7. Manage and prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines and deliver results.
  8. Communicate and present research findings and project updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  9. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert and represent the company at scientific conferences and events.
  11. Contribute to the development of new biocatalysis technologies and processes.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve biocatalysis protocols and procedures.
  13. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to support biocatalysis research and development efforts.
  14. Provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams to drive innovation and achieve business goals.
