  1. Lead and oversee the veterinary pathology team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
  2. Develop and implement innovative research strategies and methodologies to advance the field of veterinary pathology and improve animal health.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute studies, analyze data, and communicate results.
  4. Serve as a subject matter expert and provide scientific leadership in veterinary pathology.
  5. Stay up-to-date on the latest developments and advancements in the field of veterinary pathology and incorporate them into research plans.
  6. Manage and allocate resources, including budget and personnel, to ensure the successful execution of projects.
  7. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work culture that promotes teamwork, creativity, and scientific excellence.
  8. Communicate research findings and insights to internal and external stakeholders, including presenting at conferences and publishing in scientific journals.
  9. Ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards in all research activities.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the veterinary pathology team.
  11. Mentor and train junior team members, including providing performance feedback and identifying opportunities for professional development.
  12. Represent the company as a thought leader in the field of veterinary pathology, both internally and externally.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Internal And External Stakeholders.

  • Doctoral Degree In Veterinary Medicine Or Related Field With A Focus On Pathology Or Veterinary Pathology

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Veterinary Pathology, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Or Senior Role

  • Strong Understanding Of Regulatory And Compliance Requirements For Veterinary Pharmaceuticals And Biologics

  • Proven Track Record Of Leading And Managing Complex Projects In A Cross-Functional Team Environment
