Advanced Degree In A Relevant Scientific Discipline Such As Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Or Molecular Biology.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In The Pharmaceutical Industry, With A Track Record Of Successful Drug Discovery And Development.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing And Mentoring A Team Of Scientists.
Extensive Knowledge Of Drug Development Processes, Including Preclinical And Clinical Research, Regulatory Requirements, And Commercialization Strategies.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Scientific Findings And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
