  1. Lead and conduct research on Knowledge Graphs, Graph Neural Networks (GNNs), and other AI techniques to drive insights and discoveries in healthcare.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data science projects and initiatives that align with business goals.
  3. Apply advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze large and complex data sets to identify patterns and trends.
  4. Develop innovative solutions and algorithms to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of our Knowledge Graphs and other data-driven models.
  5. Stay current with the latest advancements in data science and AI research, and apply relevant techniques to enhance our data analytics capabilities.
  6. Communicate key findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, including non-technical audiences.
  7. Mentor and guide junior data scientists in the team, providing technical guidance and support for their projects.
  8. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  9. Proactively identify and address potential data quality issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve data science processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Act as a subject matter expert on Knowledge Graphs and GNNs, providing thought leadership and driving innovation within the organization.
  12. Represent the company in external conferences and events, showcasing our data science capabilities and thought leadership in the field.
  13. Be a role model and ambassador for a data-driven culture, promoting the value of data analytics and AI across the organization.
  14. Contribute to the development of data science strategies and roadmaps, aligning them with overall business goals and objectives.
  15. Collaborate with other senior leaders to identify and implement opportunities for data science and AI to drive business growth and innovation.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Computer Science, Mathematics, Or A Related Field With A Focus On Data Science, Machine Learning, Or Artificial Intelligence.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Developing And Implementing Knowledge Graphs, Graph Neural Networks, And Other Ai Research Techniques.

  • Strong Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Python, R, And Java, As Well As Experience With Data Manipulation And Analysis Tools.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Understanding Of Data Mining And Machine Learning Algorithms, As Well As Experience With Natural Language Processing And Computer Vision.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Deploying Successful Ai Solutions In A Corporate Setting, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.
