  1. Conduct research and experiments utilizing biochemistry techniques to identify potential therapeutic targets.
  2. Design and execute experiments to understand the biochemical pathways involved in diseases and how they can be targeted for treatment.
  3. Analyze and interpret data from experiments, and use this information to guide further research and development.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for drug discovery and development.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry advancements and emerging technologies in biochemistry research to continuously improve and innovate our processes.
  6. Contribute to the design and optimization of assays and screening methods to identify potential drug candidates.
  7. Utilize advanced biochemistry techniques to study the mechanism of action of potential drug candidates.
  8. Prepare and present research findings to internal and external stakeholders, including scientific conferences.
  9. Contribute to writing and reviewing publications, patents, and regulatory documents related to biochemistry research.
  10. Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all company policies and procedures and complying with laboratory safety protocols.
  11. Mentor and train junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  12. Collaborate with external partners, such as academic institutions and contract research organizations, to advance research projects.
  13. Contribute to project planning and strategy discussions, providing valuable insights and expertise on biochemistry-related topics.
  14. Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and collaborative work culture.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Biochemistry Or Related Field (Phd Preferred)

  • Extensive Experience In Molecular And Cellular Biology Techniques

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Drug Discovery And Development In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Setting

  • Strong Understanding Of Protein Structure And Function, As Well As Enzymology And Metabolism

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Design And Execute Experiments Independently And Troubleshoot Technical Issues.
