  1. Conduct research and experiments to develop and optimize biologic processes for potential pharmaceutical products.
  2. Collaborate with a team of scientists and researchers to design and execute experiments, analyze data, and interpret results.
  3. Utilize advanced scientific techniques and equipment to troubleshoot and improve existing processes.
  4. Maintain detailed records and documentation of experiments and results for regulatory purposes.
  5. Stay up-to-date with current research and industry developments in biologics process development.
  6. Communicate findings and progress to cross-functional teams and management.
  7. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  8. Adhere to all safety and quality standards in the laboratory and in overall work practices.
  9. Contribute to the preparation of reports, publications, and presentations related to biologics process research and development.
  10. Mentor and train junior scientists and interns on laboratory techniques and procedures.
  11. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to support research projects.
  12. Demonstrate a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and guidelines for biologic products.
  13. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for new research projects and initiatives.
  14. Represent the company at scientific conferences and events, presenting research findings and networking with industry professionals.

Job Qualifications
  • A Phd In Biology, Biochemistry, Or A Related Field With A Focus On Biologics Process Research And Development.

  • A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Biopharmaceutical Industry Setting, Preferably In A Research And Development Role.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Biologics Manufacturing Processes, Including Upstream And Downstream Processes.

  • Experience With Analytical Techniques Such As Hplc, Sds-Page, And Elisa For Protein Characterization And Quantification.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And The Ability To Design And Execute Experiments To Optimize Biologics Processes And Troubleshoot Issues.
