Job Description

At Merck & Co., we are looking for an experienced, motivated, and highly organized Regional Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a passion for our products and customers.The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and leading a team of sales representatives to generate sales opportunities, drive revenue growth, and achieve assigned sales targets. They will be expected to develop and execute effective strategies to increase market penetration, create demand for our products, and build strong relationships with our customers.The successful candidate must have at least 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to analyze and report on market trends.
