- Lead and oversee the development of patient-centered endpoints and strategies for clinical trials.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of existing data and literature to inform endpoint selection and strategy development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical development, regulatory affairs, and medical affairs, to ensure alignment and integration of patient-centered endpoints and strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in patient-centered endpoint development and apply this knowledge to drive innovation within the organization.
- Act as a subject matter expert on patient-centered endpoints and provide guidance and mentorship to team members and colleagues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, patient advocacy groups, and other stakeholders to gain insights and perspectives on patient needs and priorities.
- Communicate and present endpoint and strategy recommendations to senior management and other key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and guidelines related to endpoint selection and strategy development.
- Identify and evaluate potential risks and challenges associated with patient-centered endpoint development and implement mitigation strategies.
- Participate in the development and review of study protocols, clinical study reports, and other relevant documents to ensure the incorporation of patient-centered endpoints and strategies.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of company-wide initiatives related to patient-centered care and outcomes.
- Act as a company representative at conferences, meetings, and other events related to patient-centered endpoint development and strategy.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions and communications.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment and mentor junior team members as needed.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to patient-centered endpoint development and strategy to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Scientific Concepts To Both Technical And Non-Technical Audiences.
Advanced Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field, Such As Pharmacology, Medicine, Or Public Health.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In The Pharmaceutical Industry, With A Focus On Patient-Centered Endpoints And Strategy.
Extensive Knowledge Of Clinical Trial Design, Regulatory Requirements, And Industry Best Practices For Incorporating Patient-Centered Endpoints.
Demonstrated Leadership Skills, With Experience Managing Cross-Functional Teams And Collaborating With External Partners.
