1. Lead and oversee the development of patient-centered endpoints and strategies for clinical trials.
2. Conduct thorough research and analysis of existing data and literature to inform endpoint selection and strategy development.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical development, regulatory affairs, and medical affairs, to ensure alignment and integration of patient-centered endpoints and strategies.
4. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in patient-centered endpoint development and apply this knowledge to drive innovation within the organization.
5. Act as a subject matter expert on patient-centered endpoints and provide guidance and mentorship to team members and colleagues.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, patient advocacy groups, and other stakeholders to gain insights and perspectives on patient needs and priorities.
7. Communicate and present endpoint and strategy recommendations to senior management and other key stakeholders.
8. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and guidelines related to endpoint selection and strategy development.
9. Identify and evaluate potential risks and challenges associated with patient-centered endpoint development and implement mitigation strategies.
10. Participate in the development and review of study protocols, clinical study reports, and other relevant documents to ensure the incorporation of patient-centered endpoints and strategies.
11. Contribute to the development and implementation of company-wide initiatives related to patient-centered care and outcomes.
12. Act as a company representative at conferences, meetings, and other events related to patient-centered endpoint development and strategy.
13. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions and communications.
14. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment and mentor junior team members as needed.
15. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to patient-centered endpoint development and strategy to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
