Advanced Degree In Relevant Field: A Principal Scientist At Merck & Co. Should Have A Phd Or Equivalent Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Health Economics, Epidemiology, Or Biostatistics.
Extensive Experience In Outcomes Research: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Outcomes Research, Including Designing And Conducting Studies, Analyzing And Interpreting Data, And Presenting Findings To Various Stakeholders.
