  1. Develop and drive the medical strategy for Head and Neck Tumors, in alignment with the overall company objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of scientists and researchers in the development and execution of clinical trials for new therapies.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of medical affairs plans with other key business functions such as marketing, regulatory affairs, and market access.
  4. Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and external stakeholders to gain insights and support for our medical strategy.
  5. Conduct thorough analysis of clinical data and literature to identify unmet medical needs and potential areas for therapy development.
  6. Provide medical expertise and guidance to internal teams and external partners on clinical trial design, data interpretation, and scientific communication.
  7. Monitor and interpret emerging medical trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments in the field of Head and Neck Tumors to inform medical strategy and decision making.
  8. Represent the company at scientific conferences, advisory boards, and other external forums to enhance the company's presence and reputation in the medical community.
  9. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and company policies in the conduct of medical affairs activities.
  10. Contribute to the development of publications, educational materials, and other scientific communications to disseminate key findings and advancements in our portfolio of therapies.
  11. Mentor and develop team members to enhance their scientific and leadership capabilities.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness and impact of medical affairs activities, making recommendations for modifications and enhancements as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Medicine Or Related Field (Md, Phd, Pharmd) With A Specialization In Oncology Or Head And Neck Tumors.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Medical Affairs, Clinical Research, Or Drug Development Within The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams, Preferably In A Global Setting.

  • In-Depth Understanding Of The Regulatory And Compliance Requirements For The Development And Commercialization Of Oncology Drugs.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Key Stakeholders, Including Kols, Healthcare Professionals, And Internal Teams.
