- Lead the development and execution of translational science and clinical biomarker strategies to support the oncology pipeline.

- Effectively communicate key findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders, including senior management, to inform strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines related to translational science and biomarker development.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the team and the broader organization.
- Act as a thought leader and represent the company at scientific conferences and meetings to showcase our expertise and contribute to scientific advancements in oncology.
Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Oncology, Molecular Biology, Or Pharmacology.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In The Biopharmaceutical Industry, With A Focus On Oncology Translational Science And Clinical Biomarkers.
Proven Track Record Of Leading Successful Drug Discovery And Development Programs In Oncology, Including The Identification And Validation Of Novel Biomarkers.
Experience In Developing And Implementing Biomarker Strategies For Clinical Trials, Including The Use Of Biomarkers For Patient Selection And Response Monitoring.
Strong Leadership Skills, With Experience Managing And Mentoring A Team Of Scientists And Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams.
