  • Lead the development and execution of translational science and clinical biomarker strategies to support the oncology pipeline.
  • Manage a team of scientists and researchers, providing guidance and support to ensure their success in achieving project goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the execution of scientific objectives and advance the development of new oncology treatments.
  • Utilize your expertise in oncology drug discovery and development to identify and prioritize potential targets and biomarkers for further study.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the latest advancements and trends in oncology research to inform decision-making and drive innovation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including academic institutions and contract research organizations, to leverage their expertise and resources.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and analysis of preclinical and clinical studies to validate the utility of biomarkers and inform clinical development strategies.
  • Effectively communicate key findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders, including senior management, to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines related to translational science and biomarker development.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the team and the broader organization.
  • Act as a thought leader and represent the company at scientific conferences and meetings to showcase our expertise and contribute to scientific advancements in oncology.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Oncology, Molecular Biology, Or Pharmacology.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In The Biopharmaceutical Industry, With A Focus On Oncology Translational Science And Clinical Biomarkers.

  • Proven Track Record Of Leading Successful Drug Discovery And Development Programs In Oncology, Including The Identification And Validation Of Novel Biomarkers.

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Biomarker Strategies For Clinical Trials, Including The Use Of Biomarkers For Patient Selection And Response Monitoring.

  • Strong Leadership Skills, With Experience Managing And Mentoring A Team Of Scientists And Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams.
