  1. Lead and manage medical device projects from conception to commercialization, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
  2. Utilize strong technical knowledge and expertise to develop and implement innovative solutions for medical device development.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, scientists, regulatory affairs, and clinical development to drive project success.
  4. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and communicate project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  5. Identify and mitigate potential project risks, and proactively develop contingency plans to ensure project success.
  6. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance on medical device design and development processes to team members.
  7. Establish and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources in project execution.
  8. Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development and growth.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation in medical device development.
  10. Uphold company values and ethical standards, and ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Internal And External Stakeholders.

  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Scientific Discipline (E.g. Pharmacy, Chemistry, Bioengineering)

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In The Medical Device Industry, With A Focus On Project Management And Leadership

  • Strong Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Guidelines For Medical Devices (E.g. Fda, Iso)
