  1. Conduct and lead clinical research projects in alignment with company objectives and standards.
  2. Develop and implement research protocols, study designs, and data collection methods.
  3. Stay updated on current industry trends and advancements in clinical research.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful execution of projects.
  5. Oversee and manage the work of research associates and junior scientists.
  6. Analyze and interpret research data, and present findings to key stakeholders.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and external partners.
  8. Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical guidelines in all research activities.
  9. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may arise during the course of a project.
  10. Develop and manage project timelines and budgets.
  11. Communicate project updates and progress to upper management.
  12. Mentor and provide guidance to other team members.
  13. Contribute to the development and implementation of company-wide research strategies.
  14. Participate in scientific conferences and publications to share research findings.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve research processes and procedures.
  16. Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field, Such As Pharmacology, Biology, Or Medicine

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In Clinical Research, Including Experience In A Leadership Or Management Role

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Drug Development And Clinical Trial Management, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Company

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Regulatory Guidelines And Requirements For Clinical Research, Including Fda And Ich Guidelines

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners.
