Job Description

At Merck & Co., we are looking for a passionate, knowledgeable, and experienced Pharmaceutical Account Manager to join our team. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for our pharmaceutical accounts and will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers.The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably with a focus in healthcare or pharmaceuticals, and five or more years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or account management. Additionally, this individual should have proven success with building relationships with customers and exceeding sales goals. An understanding of market trends and pharmaceuticals regulations is also essential.The successful candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with customers. They must be highly organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
