  1. Lead and drive operational excellence initiatives across the global organization.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvement.
  4. Provide technical expertise and guidance to support the implementation of operational excellence initiatives.
  5. Conduct thorough analysis of current processes and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Develop and maintain metrics to track progress and measure the success of operational excellence initiatives.
  7. Create and deliver training programs to educate employees on operational excellence principles and practices.
  8. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for operational excellence initiatives.
  9. Continuously monitor and assess the impact of operational excellence initiatives and make necessary adjustments.
  10. Stay informed of industry best practices and new technologies to drive continuous improvement.
  11. Serve as a role model and mentor for junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  12. Communicate progress, challenges, and opportunities to senior management in a clear and concise manner.
  13. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources as needed.
  14. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times.
  15. Uphold the company's mission and values in all interactions and decisions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Engineering, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within A Manufacturing Or Operational Excellence Environment.

  • Knowledge Of Lean Principles And Continuous Improvement Methodologies.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Drive Data-Driven Decisions.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Influence And Lead Cross-Functional Teams.
