  1. Promote and sell Merck & Co.'s innovative oncology products to healthcare professionals.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to increase product awareness and drive sales.
  3. Continuously monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and develop targeted strategies.
  4. Attend conferences, seminars, and other events to network and promote Merck & Co.'s products.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the oncology field and effectively communicate them to healthcare professionals.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of sales strategies.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and concerns from healthcare professionals.
  8. Utilize effective sales techniques, including product demonstrations and presentations, to drive product adoption and sales.
  9. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the oncology sales team.
  10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  11. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all interactions with healthcare professionals.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales techniques and processes to achieve better results.
  13. Represent Merck & Co. in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  14. Embody the company's mission to improve the lives of patients and advance medical science.
  15. Comply with all regulatory and compliance guidelines, including reporting adverse events and product complaints.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Life Sciences Or Business.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Pharmaceutical Sales, With A Proven Track Record Of Success In Oncology Sales.

  • Strong Knowledge Of The Oncology Market, Including Key Competitors, Treatment Options, And Current Trends.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Key Stakeholders And Influence Prescribing Decisions.

  • Ability To Travel Extensively And Work Independently, As Well As Part Of A Team, In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
