Job Description

Merck & Co. is looking for a motivated and passionate Medical Sales Intern to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in the medical field, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of others. This is a great opportunity for an organized and reliable individual to gain meaningful experience in medical sales while contributing to a company that values innovation and teamwork. We are looking for an individual who is comfortable working independently, takes initiative, and is driven to succeed. To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, such as biology, biochemistry, or pharmacology. Previous experience in sales, marketing, or the medical field is preferred, but not required. Responsibilities: -Analyze market needs and trends in order to develop effective sales strategies -Identify new opportunities and potential customers -Develop customer relationships and build trust with clients -Provide information on product features and benefits -Implement sales strategies to meet organizational goals -Assist in the development of presentations and promotional materials -Participate in trade shows and industry events -Perform administrative duties such as maintaining records and preparing reports -Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and satisfaction -Stay up to date on industry trends and developments
