  1. Perform routine and preventative maintenance on all mechanical equipment and systems.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues and provide effective solutions.
  3. Conduct equipment inspections and identify potential problems before they occur.
  4. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient repairs and maintenance.
  6. Use various tools and techniques to repair and replace faulty mechanical components.
  7. Monitor and maintain inventory of spare parts and equipment.
  8. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance and repair tasks.
  9. Train and mentor junior technicians as needed.

  11. Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in mechanical technology.
  12. Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and other departments.
  13. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and efficiency.
  14. Report any major mechanical issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
  15. Conduct regular safety checks on equipment and report any hazards or concerns.
  16. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  17. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Job Qualifications
  • A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience Working In A Mechanical Technician Role, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Manufacturing Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Mechanical Systems, Including Troubleshooting And Maintenance.

  • Proficiency In Reading And Understanding Technical Drawings And Specifications.

  • Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Prioritize Tasks In A Fast-Paced Environment.
