  1. Conduct research on the Latin American healthcare market to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improving patient outcomes.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement outcomes research projects.
  3. Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making and drive strategic initiatives.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the Latin American healthcare industry.
  5. Stay current on industry developments, regulations, and best practices related to healthcare outcomes research.
  6. Contribute to the development of publications and presentations based on research findings.
  7. Assist in the design and execution of clinical trials and studies.
  8. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate research findings to internal and external audiences.
  9. Contribute to the development of strategies and recommendations for improving patient outcomes in the Latin American market.
  10. Support the implementation of research initiatives and projects, including managing timelines and coordinating with team members.
  11. Demonstrate a strong understanding of healthcare and pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance standards.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador for Merck & Co. by representing the company in a professional and ethical manner.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to learn and develop new skills through on-the-job experience and training programs.
  15. Proactively identify and propose solutions to challenges and roadblocks in research projects.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Public Health, Epidemiology, Statistics, Or Health Economics.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Latin America Healthcare Landscape And Regulatory Environment.

  • Prior Experience In Outcomes Research And/Or Health Economics, Preferably In The Latin America Region.

  • Proficiency In Statistical Software Such As Sas Or R, And Experience With Data Management And Analysis.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders In A Global Setting.
