  1. Support financial planning and analytics processes by utilizing technical expertise and business acumen.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze business requirements for financial planning and analysis.
  3. Develop and maintain financial models and tools to assist in forecasting, budgeting, and decision-making.
  4. Analyze and interpret financial data to provide insights and recommendations for business improvement.
  5. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial planning and analytics.
  6. Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and quality checks.
  7. Communicate complex financial information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analytics.
  9. Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to financial planning and analytics systems.
  10. Train and support end-users on financial planning and analytics tools and processes.
  11. Act as a liaison between finance and IT departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
  13. Proactively identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  14. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of financial planning and analytics processes, and make recommendations for improvement.
  15. Take initiative to independently complete tasks and projects, while also being a team player.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Financial Planning And Analysis Within The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Interpret Financial Data And Make Strategic Recommendations.

  • Proficiency In Data Visualization Tools And Advanced Knowledge Of Microsoft Excel.

  • Experience With Financial Planning And Analytics Software, Such As Sap Or Oracle, And The Ability To Learn New Systems Quickly.
