1. Conduct talent assessments to identify high-potential candidates for various roles within the organization.
2. Assist in the development and implementation of talent assessment strategies and processes.
3. Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to understand talent needs and requirements.
4. Utilize various assessment tools and methods to evaluate candidates’ skills, competencies, and potential.
5. Compile and analyze data from assessments to create reports and make recommendations for candidate selection.
6. Participate in interview processes and provide input on candidate suitability.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of assessment results and candidate information.
8. Contribute to the continuous improvement of talent assessment practices within the company.
9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent assessment to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting top talent.
10. Communicate with candidates and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the assessment process.
11. Work closely with the talent acquisition team to ensure a seamless transition of selected candidates.
12. Assist with other HR projects and initiatives as needed.
