- Conduct talent assessments to identify high-potential candidates for various roles within the organization.
- Assist in the development and implementation of talent assessment strategies and processes.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to understand talent needs and requirements.
- Utilize various assessment tools and methods to evaluate candidates’ skills, competencies, and potential.
- Compile and analyze data from assessments to create reports and make recommendations for candidate selection.
- Participate in interview processes and provide input on candidate suitability.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of assessment results and candidate information.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of talent assessment practices within the company.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent assessment to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting top talent.
- Communicate with candidates and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the assessment process.
- Work closely with the talent acquisition team to ensure a seamless transition of selected candidates.
- Assist with other HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Psychology, Or A Related Field.
Strong Analytical And Critical Thinking Skills.
Experience With Talent Assessment Tools And Methodologies.
Ability To Work Independently And In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment.
