  1. Conduct in vitro experiments and testing to support the development of new drug candidates.
  2. Work closely with a team of expert scientists to assist with ongoing research projects.
  3. Learn and follow standard laboratory procedures and protocols.
  4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of experimental data.
  5. Analyze and interpret data, and present findings to the team.
  6. Keep up-to-date with current literature and research in the field of toxicology.
  7. Assist with developing and optimizing new assays and techniques.
  8. Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
  9. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure timely completion of projects.
  10. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  11. Communicate effectively and professionally with team members and other departments.
  12. Take initiative and be proactive in identifying and solving problems.
  13. Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  14. Adhere to company and departmental policies and procedures.
  15. Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
