  1. Design and implement hyperautomation processes that streamline and optimize workflows within the company.
  2. Identify areas for automation and develop strategies to integrate automation technologies into existing processes.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop solutions that align with overall company objectives.
  4. Conduct thorough process analyses and identify opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency.
  5. Build, test, and implement automation solutions utilizing the latest technologies and tools.
  6. Train and educate team members on the use and maintenance of automation tools and processes.
  7. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of automation processes and make adjustments as needed.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in automation technology to continuously improve processes.
  9. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for automation processes.
  10. Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders and management, highlighting the benefits and impact of automation efforts.
  11. Lead and/or participate in cross-functional projects to drive innovation and process improvement.
  12. Maintain accurate documentation of processes and procedures for reference and training purposes.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and best practices.
  14. Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to automation processes.
  15. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment by sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Process Automation, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Hyperautomation Technologies And Tools, Such As Robotic Process Automation (Rpa), Artificial Intelligence (Ai), And Machine Learning (Ml).

  • Experience In Designing And Implementing End-To-End Automated Processes, Including Process Mapping, Testing, And Optimization.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify Opportunities For Automation And Continuously Improve Existing Processes.
