Job Description

Merck & Co. is looking for a Healthcare Sales Executive who is passionate about making a difference in the healthcare industry. This role requires an individual who is driven, organized, and eager to drive sales growth in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of both strategic and tactical skills, with a history of successful sales performance and the ability to understand the complexities of the healthcare market.We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who can effectively engage with customers and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and industry partners. The successful candidate must have a proven track record of success in healthcare sales, strong technical skills, and the ability to think strategically and articulate their ideas clearly. In addition, a successful candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies for driving sales growth in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Reach and exceed sales targets.
  3. Engage with customers and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and industry partners.
  4. Develop effective marketing strategies and materials.
  5. Analyze and interpret customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
  6. Remain up-to-date on industry trends and regulations.
  7. Manage customer inquiries and complaints.
  8. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
  9. Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  10. Monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies.
