- Develop and implement strategic plans to align the field medical teams with the overall business objectives of Merck & Co.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and medical affairs, to ensure alignment of field medical activities with the company's goals.
- Lead the development of medical strategies for various therapeutic areas, taking into consideration the latest scientific and market trends.

Advanced Medical Degree: A Minimum Of A Doctor Of Medicine (Md) Or Doctor Of Osteopathic Medicine (Do) Degree Is Required For This Role. A Specialized Medical Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Oncology, Immunology, Or Infectious Diseases Is Preferred.
Pharmaceutical Industry Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Pharmaceutical Industry, Including Knowledge Of Drug Development, Clinical Trials, And Regulatory Processes. Previous Experience In A Medical Affairs Or Field Medical Role Is Preferred.
