  1. Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot fermentation equipment to ensure efficient and effective production of pharmaceutical products.
  2. Monitor fermentation processes and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal yield and quality.
  3. Conduct routine and non-routine analyses of fermentation samples to assess product quality and identify any deviations from specifications.
  4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of fermentation processes and results.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize fermentation processes.
  6. Comply with all safety and regulatory guidelines and procedures in the fermentation lab.
  7. Assist in the development and implementation of new fermentation techniques and technologies.
  8. Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  9. Train and mentor junior fermentation technicians on best practices and procedures.
  10. Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in fermentation techniques.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any issues or concerns related to fermentation processes.
  12. Participate in equipment maintenance and calibration activities to ensure proper functioning.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  14. Continuously strive for excellence in all aspects of fermentation production and quality control.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for the company and uphold its values and mission.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Microbiology, Biochemistry, Or Related Field.

  • Experience In A Gmp Manufacturing Environment, Preferably In Fermentation Operations.

  • Knowledge Of Fermentation Equipment And Processes, Including Troubleshooting And Optimization.

  • Understanding Of Cgmp And Fda Regulations.

  • Strong Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
