  1. Lead the Clinical Sciences and Study Management team in developing and executing clinical trials and studies in adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans and processes for the clinical research department.
  3. Ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance are met in all clinical trials and studies.
  4. Oversee the selection and management of external vendors and contractors for clinical research projects.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination of clinical research activities with other departments.
  6. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
  7. Identify and address any potential risks or issues that may impact the success of clinical trials and studies.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory agencies and key opinion leaders in the healthcare industry.
  9. Monitor and manage the budget and resources allocated for clinical research projects.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices in clinical research and incorporate them into the company's processes and procedures.
  11. Communicate progress, results, and any issues related to clinical trials and studies to senior management.
  12. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment within the team.
  13. Uphold and promote the company's mission and values in all interactions and decisions.
  14. Represent the company in various external events and conferences related to clinical research.
  15. Participate in the hiring and onboarding process for new team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Medicine, Pharmacy, Or Life Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research And Development, Preferably In A Leadership Role.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Standards For Clinical Trials.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Leading Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Internal And External Stakeholders.
