Job Description

Merck & Co. is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, and motivated Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Site Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing EHS strategies and programs to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of safety procedures and regulations, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a commitment to safety.The successful candidate will be required to have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Safety, Environmental Sciences, or Industrial Hygiene; a minimum of 5 years of experience in EHS, preferably in a manufacturing environment; and a thorough understanding of safety regulations, process safety management and environmental regulations.We are looking for an individual who takes initiative, is results-oriented and able to work independently and collaboratively. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills and a passion for safety, environmental stewardship and compliance.
