Engineering Manager, Foundational Automation
We are seeking an experienced and driven Engineering Manager, Foundational Automation to join the Merck & Co. team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the engineering team to deliver quality solutions that meet business requirements and customer needs. You will be an integral part of our Foundational Automation team, collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to deliver exceptional results. To be successful in this role, you should have experience leading engineering teams and driving technical solutions. You should also have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a passion for developing and utilizing innovative automation technologies. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, as well as 5+ years of experience in engineering, automation, and/or software development.
