  1. Lead and oversee a team of scientists in the translation of preclinical PK/PD data into meaningful clinical outcomes.
  2. Develop and implement strategies for the optimization of drug development using PK/PD principles.
  3. Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to ensure alignment of PK/PD strategies with overall drug development goals.
  4. Provide scientific and technical expertise in PK/PD to guide decision-making processes.
  5. Stay abreast of industry advancements and developments in PK/PD and incorporate relevant knowledge into drug development strategies.
  6. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and standards related to PK/PD studies.
  7. Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet project timelines and goals.
  8. Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
  9. Collaborate with external partners and academic institutions to advance PK/PD research and foster scientific collaborations.
  10. Present PK/PD data and findings to internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and regulatory authorities.
  11. Drive innovation and continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize drug development processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Pharmacology Or Related Field (Phd Or Pharmd)

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Translational Pharmacokinetics And Pharmacodynamics In The Pharmaceutical Industry

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams In Drug Development

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Drug Metabolism, Pharmacokinetics, And Pharmacodynamics Principles And Their Application In Drug Development

  • Strong Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Internal And External Stakeholders, Including Regulatory Agencies.
