  1. Lead and manage a team of project managers to ensure the successful completion of technical projects within the pharmaceutical industry.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans and timelines that align with company goals and objectives.
  3. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management, identifying any potential risks or issues and proposing solutions.
  4. Ensure projects are completed within budget and on time while maintaining the highest quality standards.
  5. Develop and implement project management tools and processes to streamline project delivery and improve efficiency.
  6. Act as a liaison between project teams and senior management, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and key milestones.
  7. Mentor and coach project managers, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals and develop their skills.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  9. Stay informed about industry trends and advancements, and incorporate new technologies and best practices into project management processes.
  10. Act as a representative of Merck & Co. at industry events and conferences, promoting the company's mission and values.
  11. Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Computer Science, Engineering, Or Project Management.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Technical Project Management, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Delivering Complex Projects On Time And Within Budget.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Project Management Methodologies And Tools, Such As Agile And Waterfall.

  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Effectively Manage Cross-Functional Teams.
