Director, Outcomes Research - Real-World Data Analytics & Innovation

Merck & Co. is looking for an experienced, innovative, and highly motivated Director of Outcomes Research - Real-World Data Analytics & Innovation to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of research projects involving real-world data, designing and executing the analytics for real-world evidence and outcomes research, and developing and commercializing innovative and impactful solutions that leverage real-world data.We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of a Master’s degree in Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Health Economics, or a related field, as well as 5+ years of experience leading outcomes research initiatives in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of developing innovative solutions leveraging real-world data, deep knowledge of the healthcare industry, advanced analytics and data visualization skills, and excellent project leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
