- Develop and execute market access strategies for the Hematology portfolio in alignment with the overall business objectives of the company.
- Lead and manage a team of market access professionals to effectively navigate the complex reimbursement landscape and secure optimal access for our products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Medical Affairs, Sales, and Marketing, to ensure a coordinated approach to market access and reimbursement.
- Stay abreast of changes and trends in the healthcare landscape, including payer policies and regulations, and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including payers, reimbursement agencies, and patient advocacy groups.
- Analyze and interpret market access data to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and manage budgets for market access initiatives and activities.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on market access and reimbursement within the Hematology field, both internally and externally.
- Represent the company at conferences, meetings, and other industry events to enhance our presence and influence in the market access space.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations on market access strategies and initiatives.
- Continuously evaluate and adjust market access strategies to adapt to changing market dynamics and competitor activities.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of market access initiatives.
- Mentor and develop team members, providing opportunities for growth and career advancement.
Advanced Degree In Business, Healthcare Administration, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In The Pharmaceutical Industry, With A Focus On Market Access And Reimbursement Strategies In The Oncology And Hematology Space
Strong Understanding Of The Current Market Environment And Trends In Oncology And Hematology, Including Knowledge Of Key Stakeholders And Payer Landscape
