- Lead cross-functional launch teams, including marketing, sales, medical, and market access, to ensure alignment and coordination of launch activities.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competition to inform launch strategies and plans.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency and alignment of launch plans across markets.
- Develop and manage launch budgets and timelines, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
- Identify potential risks and proactively develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
