  1. Develop and execute launch strategies for new pharmaceutical products, ensuring successful product launches and commercial success.
  2. Lead cross-functional launch teams, including marketing, sales, medical, and market access, to ensure alignment and coordination of launch activities.
  3. Monitor and analyze market trends and competition to inform launch strategies and plans.
  4. Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency and alignment of launch plans across markets.
  5. Develop and manage launch budgets and timelines, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  6. Identify potential risks and proactively develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
  7. Lead and mentor launch team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  8. Communicate launch progress and results to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  9. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop commercialization plans and drive commercial agility.
  10. Collaborate with market access teams to ensure timely and successful product reimbursement.
  11. Utilize project management skills to ensure timely and efficient execution of launch plans.
  12. Conduct post-launch evaluations and identify areas for improvement.
  13. Represent the company at conferences and industry events to promote our products and enhance our reputation.
  14. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in product launches and commercialization.
  15. Embody and promote the company's values and mission in all interactions and decisions.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Developing And Executing Launch Strategies For Pharmaceutical Products In A Highly Regulated Environment.

  • In-Depth Understanding Of Global Commercial Operations, Including Market Access, Pricing And Reimbursement Strategies, And Competitive Landscape.
