  1. Develop and implement global market access strategies for new oncology products.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of market access strategies with overall business objectives.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential barriers and opportunities for market access.
  4. Build relationships with key stakeholders including payers, providers, patient advocacy groups, and government agencies to facilitate access for new products.
  5. Lead pricing and reimbursement negotiations with payers and government agencies to ensure favorable coverage and reimbursement for new products.
  6. Develop and manage global pricing and contracting strategies to optimize market access and maximize product revenue.
  7. Monitor and analyze market access trends and competitive landscape to inform decision-making and adjust strategies as needed.
  8. Provide guidance and support to regional market access teams to ensure consistency and alignment with global strategies.
  9. Stay updated on regulatory and policy changes that may impact market access and develop contingency plans accordingly.
  10. Communicate market access strategies and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  11. Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and execute patient access programs to improve affordability and access for patients.
  12. Identify and manage risks related to market access and develop mitigation plans.
  13. Monitor and manage budgets and resource allocation for global market access activities.
  14. Provide leadership and mentorship to team members to foster a high-performing and collaborative work environment.
  15. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in market access strategies and processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Related Field Such As Business, Healthcare Administration, Or Life Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Global Market Access, Specifically In The Oncology Sector.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching New Oncology Products In Global Markets.

  • Strong Understanding Of Global Health Care Systems And Reimbursement Policies Related To Oncology Products.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders At All Levels.
