- Communicate market access strategies and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and execute patient access programs to improve affordability and access for patients.
- Identify and manage risks related to market access and develop mitigation plans.
- Monitor and manage budgets and resource allocation for global market access activities.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members to foster a high-performing and collaborative work environment.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in market access strategies and processes.
Advanced Degree In A Related Field Such As Business, Healthcare Administration, Or Life Sciences.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Global Market Access, Specifically In The Oncology Sector.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching New Oncology Products In Global Markets.
Strong Understanding Of Global Health Care Systems And Reimbursement Policies Related To Oncology Products.
