  1. Oversee the due diligence process for potential acquisitions in the pharmaceutical industry.
  2. Lead the integration efforts for newly acquired companies, ensuring seamless integration into our organization.
  3. Develop and implement strategies for optimizing clinical supplies operations and driving growth within the organization.
  4. Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of potential acquisitions, including financial, operational, and cultural considerations.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, identify risks and opportunities, and develop integration plans.
  6. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies during the due diligence and integration processes.
  7. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, external partners, and acquired company representatives to facilitate a smooth integration process.
  8. Provide leadership and guidance to the due diligence and integration team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with key industry players and stay informed on industry trends and best practices.
  10. Continuously monitor and evaluate the success of the integration process, making adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
  11. Serve as a subject matter expert in clinical supplies and due diligence and integration processes, providing guidance and support to the organization as needed.
  12. Represent the organization in a professional and positive manner, promoting our values and culture to potential and current partners.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Due Diligence And Integration Processes Within The Pharmaceutical Industry, Preferably In The Clinical Supplies Field.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Guidelines Related To Clinical Supplies, Including Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) And Good Manufacturing Practice (Gmp).

  • Strong Project Management Skills With The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Internal And External Stakeholders At All Levels.

  • Demonstrated Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities, With A Track Record Of Successfully Identifying And Implementing Process Improvements And Cost-Saving Initiatives.
