The successful candidate will have an excellent understanding of chemistry and biology, with extensive experience in drug discovery and development. They will have a deep knowledge of drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics, and a proven track record in developing and optimizing drug compounds.The ideal candidate should have a PhD or equivalent in a scientific field, as well as 10+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical company. They should also possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to effectively manage and lead a team.
