
Clinical Research Manager - Oncology
At Merck & Co., we are looking for a highly-motivated, experienced Clinical Research Manager to join our Oncology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing assigned clinical research projects to ensure the efficient and effective execution of the clinical trial process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical trial management, with a thorough understanding of FDA regulations, Good Clinical Practices (GCPs) and relevant clinical trial design. They must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders, while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.We are looking for a professional with excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate a passion for clinical research, and show a commitment to making a positive impact in the field of oncology. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field, such as life sciences, pharmacy, or nursing;• At least 5 years' experience of clinical trial management/project management; • Excellent knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements;• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks, with strong time management and organizational skills;• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, including external vendors and CROs;• Proven track record of successful project management and clinical trial delivery.
