Clinical Research Manager - Oncology

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing assigned clinical research projects to ensure the efficient and effective execution of the clinical trial process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical trial management, with a thorough understanding of FDA regulations, Good Clinical Practices (GCPs) and relevant clinical trial design. They must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders, while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.We are looking for a professional with excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field, such as life sciences, pharmacy, or nursing;• At least 5 years' experience of clinical trial management/project management; • Excellent knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements;• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks, with strong time management and organizational skills;• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, including external vendors and CROs;• Proven track record of successful project management and clinical trial delivery.
