  1. Assist in the development and implementation of operational excellence initiatives within the clinical data management department.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency.
  3. Conduct research and analyze data to support operational excellence projects.
  4. Support the creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures and work instructions.
  5. Participate in training and educational opportunities related to clinical data management and operational excellence.
  6. Provide administrative support to the operational excellence team, including scheduling meetings and maintaining project documentation.
  7. Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders and team members.
  8. Contribute to the development and execution of quality control processes to ensure accuracy and completeness of clinical data.
  9. Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new technologies and tools to enhance data management processes.
  10. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and suggestions to improve operational efficiency.
  11. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations related to data management and operational excellence.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth within the pharmaceutical industry.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing Merck & Co. to internal and external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Life Sciences, Computer Science, Or Data Management.
