
Clinical Account Management Intern
We are looking for a motivated and organized Clinical Account Management Intern to join the Merck & Co. team. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to learn from and contribute to our growing clinical account management team. You will work closely with our clinical account management team to ensure our customers’ needs are met and that our clinical account management programs are running smoothly.To be successful in this role, you must be a self-starter who is comfortable working independently and collaboratively. Additionally, you must have a strong attention to detail as you will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and consistency in our clinical account management processes. If you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for customer service, we would love to hear from you.Required qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- Ability to work independently and collaboratively- Exceptional organizational and time management skills- Demonstrated ability to work accurately and with attention to detail- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite- Understanding of clinical account management processes and customer service best practices
Responsibilities:
- Assist with customer service and clinical account management processes.
- Monitor customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide support to the clinical account management team to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Maintain organized records and databases of customer interactions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Utilize customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and optimize customer experience.
- Monitor customer service trends and recommend changes to improve service.
- Assist with the development and implementation of clinical account management programs.
- Research and analyze industry trends and best practices.
