Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical customers.
- Utilize excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify customer needs and develop strategies to meet them.
- Help to create and implement effective clinical account management plans.
- Assist with the preparation of sales presentations and other materials.
- Attend customer meetings and other events to provide support and gain valuable industry insight.
- Analyze data and trends to help inform decision making.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions.
- Act as a representative of Merck & Co. in a professional and positive manner.
- Learn and stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations.
