Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical customers.
  2. Utilize excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
  3. Identify customer needs and develop strategies to meet them.
  4. Help to create and implement effective clinical account management plans.
  5. Assist with the preparation of sales presentations and other materials.
  6. Attend customer meetings and other events to provide support and gain valuable industry insight.
  7. Analyze data and trends to help inform decision making.
  8. Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions.
  9. Act as a representative of Merck & Co. in a professional and positive manner.
  10. Learn and stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations.
