
Clinical Account Management Intern
Merck & Co. is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Clinical Account Management Intern to join our team! We are seeking an individual with a passion for healthcare and customer service who is eager to learn more about the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate for this role should have excellent communication and organizational skills, be self-motivated, and have a strong interest in healthcare. A bachelor’s degree in the sciences or healthcare administration is preferred, as well as experience in customer service or sales. Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to current and potential clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare customers
- Assist with account management activities such as data entry, account maintenance, and sales
- Collect and analyze data to identify new opportunities for growth
- Prepare reports and presentations for the account management team
- Participate in market research and strategy development
- Work collaboratively with the account management team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Learn and understand the pharmaceutical industry and its regulations
- Utilize organizational and communication skills to effectively prioritize tasks
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and corporate data
