  1. Monitor and maintain the MACS platform on a daily basis to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  2. Identify and troubleshoot any issues with the MACS system, working closely with the IT team to resolve them in a timely manner.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new processes and procedures to improve the overall efficiency of the MACS platform.
  4. Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  5. Train new employees on how to use the MACS system and provide ongoing support and training to existing users.
  6. Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and other departments to address any operational concerns or changes in processes.
  7. Develop and maintain detailed documentation of MACS operations and procedures.
  8. Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in supply chain operations to make recommendations for enhancing the MACS platform.
  10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, while performing job duties.
  11. Proactively identify and report any potential risks or issues that could impact the performance of the MACS platform.
  12. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure data security measures are followed at all times.
  13. Meet all assigned deadlines and deliverables with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize MACS operations to support the company's overall goals and objectives.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times, both internally and externally.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or Pharmaceutical Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Operations, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Good Manufacturing Practices (Gmp) And Regulatory Requirements.

  • Proficiency In Using Supply Chain Management Software And Systems, Such As Sap Or Oracle.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Issues In A Timely Manner.
