  1. Conduct research and development activities for biologics processes, including cell culture, purification, and analytical characterization.
  2. Design and execute experiments to optimize and improve biologics production processes.
  3. Analyze and interpret data to draw conclusions and make recommendations for process improvements.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions for biologics production.
  5. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in biologics research and development.
  6. Maintain accurate and detailed laboratory records and document experimental procedures.
  7. Communicate research findings through written reports and oral presentations.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  9. Train and mentor junior team members.
  10. Contribute to the development and review of scientific publications, patents, and regulatory submissions.
  11. Attend and present at scientific conferences and meetings.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth.

  14. Adhere to strict safety protocols for handling of biological materials.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field, Such As Biology, Biochemistry, Or Pharmaceutical Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Biologics Process Research And Development, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry Setting.

  • Strong Technical Knowledge And Understanding Of Biologics Manufacturing Processes, Including Cell Culture, Purification, And Analytical Methods.

  • Experience With Process Development And Optimization, Including Design Of Experiments (Doe), Statistical Analysis, And Scale-Up/Scale-Down Models.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment And Present Findings To Cross-Functional Stakeholders.
