  1. Manage and coordinate projects to support the global IT infrastructure of Merck & Co.
  2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  3. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against established timelines and milestones.
  4. Communicate project updates and status reports to stakeholders, including senior management.
  5. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  6. Collaborate with IT teams to prioritize and allocate resources effectively.
  7. Monitor project budgets and expenditures, and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
  8. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote teamwork and productivity.
  9. Conduct regular project meetings and provide leadership and guidance to project team members.
  10. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with company objectives.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to contribute innovative ideas to projects.
  12. Act as a liaison between IT and other departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  13. Develop and maintain project documentation and ensure it is easily accessible to project team members.
  14. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, and promote a culture of compliance and ethical behavior.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Project Management, Preferably In It Operations.

  • Strong Understanding Of It Infrastructure And Operations, Including Networking, Systems Administration, And Cloud Computing.

  • Experience With Project Management Tools And Methodologies Such As Agile, Scrum, And Waterfall.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
