  1. Provide statistical programming support for clinical trials, including developing and maintaining analysis datasets and programming analysis and reporting outputs.
  2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high quality, timely, and accurate deliverables.
  3. Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative statistical programming methodologies and standards.
  4. Review and validate statistical outputs to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  5. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management regarding project status, issues, and resolutions.
  6. Lead and mentor junior programmers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  7. Participate in the development and maintenance of programming documentation and processes.
  8. Stay informed of industry standards and trends in statistical programming and apply best practices to projects.
  9. Collaborate with other departments and teams to support company objectives and initiatives.
  10. Demonstrate a strong commitment to ethical and compliant behavior in all job responsibilities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Statistical Programming Within The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry

  • Proficiency In Sas Programming And Knowledge Of Clinical Trial Data Structures And Analysis

  • Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Standards For Statistical Analysis And Reporting

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills To Effectively Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Data To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
