  1. Conduct research and development activities related to vaccines in a laboratory setting.
  2. Develop and validate analytical methods for the characterization, release, and stability testing of vaccine products.
  3. Design and execute experiments to support vaccine development and testing.
  4. Analyze and interpret data using various analytical techniques and present results to cross-functional teams.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges related to analytical methods and instruments.
  6. Keep up-to-date with advancements in analytical techniques and industry trends, and incorporate them into research and development activities.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including scientists, engineers, and quality experts to support vaccine development.
  8. Write technical reports and documentation to support regulatory submissions.
  9. Adhere to safety and quality standards and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  10. Mentor and train junior team members on analytical techniques and best practices.
  11. Participate in project teams and contribute to strategic decision making.
  12. Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation.
  13. Demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines.
  14. Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to provide updates on project progress and potential challenges.
  15. Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field, Such As Biochemistry, Immunology, Or Pharmaceutical Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Vaccine Analytical Research And Development, With A Strong Understanding Of Vaccine Drug Development Processes.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Hands-On Experience With Various Analytical Techniques, Including Hplc, Elisa, And Mass Spectrometry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Projects, As Well As Mentoring And Developing Junior Scientists.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Cross-Functional Team Environment And Present Findings To Various Stakeholders.
