  1. Provide statistical programming expertise to support clinical development programs and regulatory submissions.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop statistical programming plans and deliverables.
  3. Develop and implement statistical analysis and reporting standards for clinical trials.
  4. Ensure accuracy and quality of statistical programming deliverables.
  5. Conduct quality control checks on statistical outputs and identify any issues or discrepancies.
  6. Communicate statistical programming results and methodologies to internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Stay up-to-date with relevant regulations and guidelines for statistical programming.
  8. Contribute to the development of departmental processes and procedures.
  9. Mentor and train junior members of the statistical programming team.
  10. Participate in study team meetings and provide statistical programming expertise and guidance.
  11. Collaborate with external vendors to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
  12. Proactively identify and solve problems related to statistical programming.
  13. Support the development and maintenance of statistical programming databases and tools.
  14. Continuously improve processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and quality of statistical programming deliverables.
  15. Represent the company and present statistical programming findings at conferences and meetings.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Statistics, Biostatistics, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Experience In Statistical Programming In The Pharmaceutical Industry

  • Strong Proficiency In Sas Programming And Other Statistical Software

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Clinical Trial Design And Analysis

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With Experience Managing A Team Of Statistical Programmers
