In this role, you will be responsible for providing statistical programming support for clinical research studies across all phases of drug development. As a key member of our team, you will use your expertise in statistical programming to contribute to the design, analysis and interpretation of clinical trial data.To excel in this role, you should possess a strong foundation in statistical programming, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 8 years of experience in statistical programming in the pharmaceutical industry are required.   1. Provide statistical programming support for clinical research studies across all phases of drug development.
  2. Utilize expertise in statistical programming to contribute to the design, analysis, and interpretation of clinical trial data.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
  4. Develop and maintain statistical programming standards and processes.
  5. Perform quality control checks on statistical outputs.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to statistical programming.
  7. Stay current with industry trends and regulatory requirements related to statistical programming.
  8. Mentor and provide guidance to junior statistical programmers.
  9. Communicate complex statistical concepts and results to non-technical stakeholders.
  10. Participate in project meetings and provide updates on statistical programming progress.
  11. Contribute to the development of clinical trial protocols and statistical analysis plans.
  12. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
  13. Maintain accurate and organized documentation of statistical programming activities.
  14. Continuously improve and optimize statistical programming processes and workflows.
  15. Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new statistical programming tools and technologies.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Statistical Programming Within The Pharmaceutical Industry

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Sas Programming And Data Manipulation

  • Strong Understanding Of Clinical Trial Design And Analysis, Including Cdisc Standards

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively In A Cross-Functional Team Environment.
