  • Lead a team of scientists and provide guidance and support in utilizing computational tools for process and product innovation.
  • Utilize expertise in computational chemistry, modeling, and simulation to support drug discovery and development projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide critical insights and optimize processes for improved product efficacy.
  • Conduct research and analysis using various modeling and simulation software.
  • Stay updated on industry advancements and developments in computational chemistry and identify potential applications for the company.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and accuracy of computational methods.
  • Create and maintain documentation of all processes and results.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Mentor and train junior scientists in computational methods and techniques.
  • Contribute to the development of new computational tools and techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and ethical standards.
  • Represent the company at conferences, seminars, and other events related to computational chemistry and drug discovery.
  • Work independently and collaboratively to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Computational Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Or Chemical Engineering.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Computational Modeling And Simulation Techniques For Drug Discovery And Development.

  • Proven Track Record Of Applying Computational Methods To Support Process And Product Design In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Software Tools And Platforms Commonly Used In Computational Chemistry And Process Modeling, Such As Schrödinger, Gromacs, And Simcyp.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Complex Data Sets To Drive Decision Making And Support Project Goals.
